Managing
TMM / TSS-TSCO Management (Design and Manage):
The key to a complaint and safe scheme is the management understanding the design and why it was completed in a specific way, we believe that especially on major schemes the design lead and the Traffic Management Manager need to be the same person, this ensures that the traffic management is as per the agreed design and also the designer can complete any design changes that may need to happen on site, this also ensures that the design is constantly in review and assured by the Design lead/ Traffic Manager. We work for and closely with the principle contractor to ensure that the scheme is as per design and set out using the correct procedures and to the agreed / approved RAM/WPP. prior to the contract approval with the subcontractors Wilson Traffic Consultants can complete a full detailed RAMS/WPP review to ensure that they meet the required standards.
For every project with a Highway Interface, regardless of its size, complexity or geographical location, Wilson Traffic Consultants can assist in ensuring the scheme is as safe as possible. From the outset, we can provide scheme planning services offering completely impartial analysis of your project with a clear concise quantitative evaluation. This can be followed by detailed planning and design, ensuring you have exactly the right tools to execute a safe, compliant and efficient project. While managing the scheme we complete detailed traffic safety assurance reports then ensure that the traffic management works are completed to the highest and required standard.
We also offer the option for full safety management during the completion of the scheme which includes:
